This time, I saw this car hundreds yard ahead of me hit the guardrail on the left side of the highway, the car seemed to gain control afterward and pulled back to the lane.

There were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me at this point, we all pulled to the right lane, thinking that the car would pull over to the right shoulder, but she didn't. She continued to drive down the highway drifted a bit left and right. So I assumed she would take the next exit to a safe place. Shortly after that we passed exit 32, but she did not take the exit and her car continued to sway left and right and then out of my sight. Few seconds later when I saw the car again, it had stopped on the left shoulder, and had spun around.

3 or 4 cars stopped on the right shoulder and few of us ran over. The couples in the picture were from a car behind me. They opened her door found she was physically OK but in great shock. She kept repeating "Oh my God". I check the car make sure no gasoline leak (watch too many movies), the guy from the car ahead of me called 911. The police and tow truck arrived in less than 5 min.

My guess is this woman was under the influence of substances , I don't think she felt asleep behind the wheel, because if she did, the first crashed should have waken her up, but it didn't. Anyway, at least she looked physically unharm.

Her license plate read "YLW SUB" one of my favorite Beattle's song.
