Hotel Visitel. I paid $65 Canadian dollar for 1 night. My room does not have its own bathroom, but the share bathroom is very clean, I don't mind for 1 night. Overnight parking available a block away in the garage of the Library for $10. Not bad.
Bus terminal is right around the corner (opposite the comic book store) if you chose to ride the bus.
