I took this picture for my physical therapists who worked on my ankle injury a while back. During my rehab they gave me many very interesting exercises to strengthen mucle around my ankle, one of my favorite was Versile Steps, which was a balancing exercise on series of rubber thingy. This rock steps across the stream reminded me of the exercise.
